Harmoni-CA
Study for the successful participation of users in research projects
In July 2007, Seecon, as part of the Harmoni-CA project for Rijkswaterstaat RIZA, compiled a study about the participation of users in research projects (original title: "Report on end user involvement in research projects"). For the study, telephone surveys with project managers and two participating users respectively were conducted and evaluated for twelve different research projects. The results are recommendations for project managers, users and financiers in order to guarantee a successful interaction in research projects, and to develop practical tools.
