Dr. Dagmar Ridder

Dr. Dagmar Ridder holds a university degree in geography and landscape ecology. She finished her PhD at the planning faculty of the University Dortmund on water and waste issues in African urban areas. Her extensive experience in environmental management, project management, moderation and participatory water management - e.g. in European projects as HarmoniCOP and NeWater - supports the consulting services of Seecon. Additionally, she gained practical experiences in development co-operation in Ghana and Benin, e.g. in GTZ-supported projects. Besides topics such as the implementation of the European Water Framework Directive her interest lies generally on Integrated Water Resources Management including poverty and decentralised technologies which supplements the Seecon portfolio. Besides management tasks she strengthens the team in ongoing projects, and is further responsible for the development of new topics and projects.
